Learn how your body is perfectly capable of dealing with this and how to listen better to your own body. By paying attention to and allowing energy to flow (Chi or Prana) your body becomes softer, smoother and at the same time more powerful. In addition, your stream of thoughts comes to rest.

    Trial lesson

    Each series starts with a trial lesson in which you can participate, free of obligation and free of charge, to taste the atmosphere and see if it suits you. You can always enter in the meantime.

    Register below for a free trial lesson or call Peter or Katy. After the trial lesson you decide whether you register for this training series.

    • No specific prior knowledge required.
    • Put on: loose clothing, comfortable shoes.
    • Videos, articles and other related information are shared via an FB community and soon via a member login on this website.
    • You can always coordinate with Peter in advance if you have doubts about whether your body can handle this training.

    • Peter has a background in chi kung, t'ai chi, kriya yoga and various martial and healing arts. The basis of his Chi Kung is laid by Master San Gee Tam. The secrets of yoga are in Peter's DNA through his years of activities in India.
    • This practice series is a joint initiative of Peter Kupers and Botel Ophoven.
    • You pay the tuition fee per 10 turns. After the trial lesson you can pay the amount by transfer to account number BE 09 7350 0790 2757 in the name of Botel Ophoven OR simply pay in cash during the following lesson. A 10-lesson card is valid for 15 weeks.
