"Last August my adventure started with the individual sessions. No idea what awaited me, but it didn't matter because it felt safe and familiar. I have had the honor of being able to experience 5 sessions. What insights does a person get with it!
Fortunately, there is also room to process everything in between sessions because that is really necessary.
